Strong Hand Skills Shooting Drill

1 min read

Here's a simple, yet challenging drill you can shoot on the range or during a dry fire session. The Strong Hand Skills Drill is designed to help you with your accuracy when shooting one-handed. If you're new to shooting with one hand, take it slow and focus on your accuracy.

To shoot the drill:

String 1: From the holster or low ready, draw and fire two shots at 1-5 using both hands to grip the gun.

String 2: From the holster or low ready, draw and fire one shot at 1-5 with your strong hand only.

Before performing any dry fire drills, make sure that your gun is unloaded (double check) and there is no ammunition in your magazines or anywhere in the room.
